Site Manager - Manchester

Job Title: Site Manager – Penthouse Refurbishment Project
Location: Central Manchester
Project Duration: 12 Weeks
Start Date: Monday 16th June 2025 (Interviews early next week)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-spec penthouse apartment refurbishment in central Manchester. The project includes external repairs, the installation of a new render system, and internal decorations. This is a 12-week project requiring a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong track record in similar works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site management and coordination of all trades

  • Managing the installation of the new render system and internal finishes

  • Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

  • Coordinating deliveries and resolving logistical issues unique to a central city location

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Keeping detailed records and reporting progress to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-end residential or commercial refurb projects

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

  • First Aid at Work

  • Fire Marshall Training

  • Asbestos Awareness

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage and mitigate access and delivery challenges in urban environments
